Lee Leong works within Plan International Australia’s Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) team and for over six years has supported Plan's Country Office WASH programs to improve the quality and effectiveness of their WASH interventions. Lee has experience managing WASH projects in six countries across Asia, including in-country postings in Vietnam and Laos. Lee has published papers on Gender, WASH and Cross-Organisational Partnerships, and is a co-author of Plan International Australian’s Gender & WASH Monitoring Tool. She is also a member of the Australian WASH Reference Group.

Lee has a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering (Hons) and a Master's Degree of Social Science (International Development). Lee has over ten years of experience, and has worked within the private sector and the international development sector.
