Thank you to everyone who made a donation to Plan International last financial year. If you made a one-off cash gift(s) throughout the year, you will have received a tax receipt at the time of the gift. You can see a donation summary of all the gifts you have made in the last Financial Year via MyPlan (go to My Donation Summaries).

All donations made on the website prior to 11.59pm (AEST), Thursday 30 June 2022 will be included in the 2021/2022 Financial Year. Donations made after that time will be reflected in your 2023 Financial Year Donation Summary.

To check we have your correct address and credit card details please log into MyPlan.

Absolutely! You can see a donation summary of all the gifts you have made in the last Financial Year via MyPlan (go to My Donation Summaries). If you have forgotten your username, it is the email address you first signed into your MyPlan account with.
If you are a child sponsor or a regular giver, you will receive your tax receipt via mail or email in the second half of July. You can also view your tax receipt by logging into MyPlanyou just need your username and password.
We’ve all been there. If you’ve forgotten your password you can reset your password via this link and select ‘Forgot your password‘ under the login button. Often your username will be the email address you first signed into MyPlan with. If you can’t remember your username, please call us on 13 75 26 and our team will be able to guide you.
If you haven’t received a mailed or emailed copy of your receipt by August 15, please contact our Donor Contact Centre on 13 75 26 so we can follow it up for you.
