We will soon be sending tax receipts for all child sponsorship or regular donations made in the 2019 financial year by post or by email in July 2019.

If you made a one-off cash gift(s) throughout the year, you will have received a tax receipt at the time of the gift. You can see a donation summary of all the gifts you have made in the last Financial Year via MyPlan.

If you are mailing in any payments, please ensure that they are received by 28 June to be included in your 2019 donation summary.

All donations made on the website prior to 11.59pm (AEST), Sunday 30th June will be included in this Financial Year. Donations made after that time will be reflected in your FY20 Donation summary.

Can I access my Donation summary myself?

Absolutely! You can access your tax receipt via your MyPlan account. You will just need your username and password.

How will I receive my tax receipt/Donation summary?

If you are a child sponsor or a regular giver, you will receive your tax receipt via mail or email in the second half of July.

To view your tax receipt, visit MyPlan - you just need your username and password.

I can't remember my MyPlan login details

We’ve all been there. If you’ve forgotten your password you can reset your password via this link and select 'Forgot your password' under the login button.

Often your username will be the email address you first signed into MyPlan with. If you can’t remember your username, please call us on 13 75 26 and our team will be able to guide you.

I didn't receive a tax receipt

If you haven’t received a mailed or emailed copy of your receipt by 2nd August, please contact our Donor Contact Centre on 13 75 26 and we’ll be able to follow it up for you.
