Thanks to all our supporters who made a donation to Plan International last financial year. Because of you, more children are growing up happy, healthy and safe. Your donations have helped create safe places for girls and boys to learn and grow. You are helping families to secure their children's futures and learn about the value of girls so that all children can reach their potential.

If you are mailing in any payments please ensure that they are received by 29 June to be included in your 2017 tax receipt.

We will be sending tax receipts for all donations made in the 2017 financial year by post or by email.

All donations made on the website prior to 11.59pm (AEST), Friday 30th June will be included in this financial year. Donations made after that time will be reflected in your FY18 Tax receipt. 

To check we have your correct details and update your preference please log into MyPlan.

Can I access my tax receipt myself?

Absolutely! From 9am on 3 July you’ll be able to access your tax receipt via your MyPlan account. You will just need your username and password.

Can I change the tax receipt to my husband/wife/partners name?

We can absolutely update your account and we are ready to help you out in the Donor Contact Centre on 13 75 26, unfortunately we can only do this for the upcoming year, not the year that has passed. But we are here and ready to help you out if you need it so please call us if you have any questions.

How will I receive my tax receipt?

There are three ways you can receive your tax receipt:

  1. MyPlan after 9am July 3 - you just need your username and password.
  2. Email from July 6
  3. Mail from July 18

It may take 5-10 working days for your mailed receipt to arrive.

I can't remember my MyPlan login details

We’ve all been there. If you’ve forgotten your password you can reset your password via this link and select 'Forgot your password' under the login button.

If you can’t remember your username please call us on 13 75 26 and our team will be able to guide you.

I didn't receive a tax receipt?

If you haven’t received a mailed or emailed copy of your receipt by July 30, please contact our Donor Contact Centre on 13 75 26 and we’ll be able to follow it up for you.

When will I receive my tax receipt?

This year you’ll be able to access your receipt via your MyPlan account after 9am on 3 July.

We’ll be mailing out tax receipts from 18 July – you may have seen that Australia Post have changed their delivery times, so it may take 5-10 working days to arrive.

If we have your email address you’ll receive an email with your receipt on 6 July.

Why am I receiving this tax receipt?

If you have made a donation over $2 during the 2017 financial year you can include this tax receipt with your tax return in order to claim on your tax-deductible donations. This may be impacted by your circumstances – the Australian Tax Office or your accountant will be able to provide guidance on your ability to claim.
