Are you passionate about gender equality and adolescent girls’ rights? Do you have expertise in development policy research and persuasive writing? We’re seeking an experienced consultant to develop a compelling policy briefing paper that will influence key decision-makers and shape future development investments.
About the opportunity:
Develop an evidence-based briefing paper making the case for targeted investment in adolescent girls across the region. This is a strategic piece that will inform policy decisions and program design at governmental and philanthropic levels.

What You’ll Bring:
Essential Experience
• Proven track record in development research and analysis
• Strong background in gender equality and human rights policy
• Exceptional writing skills with ability to influence policy makers
• Knowledge of Australia’s development context
• Experience in producing high-impact policy documents
The Ideal Consultant Will Have
• Post-graduate qualification in relevant field
• 5+ years’ experience in development sector
• Track record of influential policy writing
• Strong stakeholder management skills
