This is a rare opportunity to develop and execute Plan International Australia’s cash giving program. Managing a team of one you will work as part of the individual giving leadership team. You will manage all channels for our key products, Major appeals, Gifts of Hope our virtual gifts campaign and emergency appeals.
About the role
The Cash Giving Manager is responsible for developing Plan International’s Cash Giving Program. The program has been earmarked for growth and the cash giving manager will be tasked with achieving this through both traditional activities and innovative methods. The Cash Giving team is well resourced with in house creative, data and digital teams available to assist in the development and execution of programs.
The Cash Giving Manager acts as the product owner for the key one off giving products. Coordinating their execution across the organisation and ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently.
This role reports to the Head of Individual Giving manager. The Cash Giving manager sits within the newly formed Individual Giving team and will contribute to decisions across regular giving, digital and in house F2F.

Key Selection Criteria – must be addressed
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of Cash Giving programs including acquisition, retention and operations.
- Ability to analyse data and convert findings insights into operational outcomes.
- People management experience.
- Stakeholder Management and program coordination skills.
- Understanding of Product Development and Product Ownership.
- A passion for girl rights and creating equality in the world.
- Understanding of broader fundraising principles.
- Marketing or fundraising qualifications
- Experience with Blackbaud Enterprise CRM, MS Power BI
