This is an opportunity for a highly competent and results driven group of professionals to work across Plan's Donor Service Centre. Working within the Donor Contact Centre Team you will acquire and retain our donors demonstrating customer excellence.

These roles report to the Donor Contact Centre - Team Leader and support fundraising and advocacy initiatives through a variety of communication channels.

2 types of Consultant contracts are currently available:
  • 12 month fixed term contracts
  • Casual contracts (variable hours - dependent upon business requirements)

Key accountabilities

  • Achieve sales conversion targets as per Plan's standards
  • Retain donors via engaging customer service and prompt issue resolution
  • Process donor data and customer interactions via the customer relationship management system
  • Represent Plan's cause and values as a first point of contact

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive contact centre experience
  • Demonstrated telemarketing and sales skills
  • An alignment with Plan's values

An understanding and passion for working within this sector is also advantageous.
