Marilou Drillon oversees the design, planning, implementation and monitoring of Plan International Australia’s overall engagement with partners on Climate Resilience. Together with the Climate Risk Management team, she is leading the development of Plan International Australia’s strategy investments in Child-Centred Climate Resilience and the Climate Change portfolio.

Before joining Plan International Australia, Marilou was Senior Natural Resources Economist at the Asian Development Bank, and worked on a range of climate adaptation initiatives and financing in the Asia Pacific region. Marilou’s Grant and Program Development experience with major partners and donors, and her passion for innovative solutions to vulnerable children’s adaptive capacity to climate change and climate aware advocacy and practice, will continue to support the International Programs commitments in this area.
