As the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Advisor, Jasmina Kijevcanin has a responsibility to coordinate Monitoring & Evaluation of programs from a technical, systems and procedures perspective. Jasmina leads and supports the evaluation of Plan International Australia projects, undertaking and collating Monitoring & Evaluation analysis for each program thematic area and supporting the development of tools and systems for effective implementation of Plan’s Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning standards and practice.
Jasmina has over fifteen years of international experience in Humanitarian and Development Aid, working in countries including Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Romania, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Russia, Sri Lanka, Turkey, East Timor, Cambodia and PNG. Jasmina has worked for Oxfam, World Vision, Handicap International, UNDP, UNICEF, CARE, CRS and many local and national government institutions. Jasmina is also currently completing her PhD of Social Research.
