This year's breakfast will be about a girl’s right to feel #FreetoBe and highlight the urgent need to create safer cities for girls.
Our incredible speakers will share their experiences and insights:
- Marziya Mohammadi, a 25 year old former Afghan refugee, who will share her moving account of her six year journey from Afghanistan to Australia.
- Deborah Elkington, Senior Advisor Gender Equality and Inclusion at Plan International Australia. Deb works on programs which empower girls in cities to advocate for their own safety.
All proceeds will go towards Plan International’s gender equality programs.
Brought to you by the Adelaide Women for Girls Committee, KPMG, Santos and Plan International Australia.
