All offices in the Plan family have responsibility for fundraising, building relationships, development programs, advocacy, public education and young people’s participation.
17 of those offices are in developed countries so they carry the major responsibility for raising funds. 49 offices are in developing countries so they carry the major responsibility for implementing development programs that benefit children.
