Our friends at SchoolAid have launched a competition to celebrate the schools and teachers across Australia who are fundraising for important causes.
Entries are now open for the Kids Helping Kids awards. They are a great opportunity to raise awareness of the causes that your school supports, while increasing your chances of winning some fantastic prizes.
SchoolAid is a great supporter of Plan, and is currently helping schools around Australia to raise money for our work in Haiti through their Haiti Earthquake Appeal.
Supporters of the Kids Helping Kids awards include the Cartoon Network, Microsoft, Andrew Daddo, former AFL player David Wirrpanda and former Australian netball captain Anne Sargeant.
Award categories include Most Innovative, Biggest Fundraiser, Outstanding Individual Teacher, the Sustainability Award, and the Best of the Best Award, which includes $10,000 in prizemoney.
The awards are open for entries now. For more information, check out the video below, and head to the Kids Helping Kids page on the SchoolAid website.
