Tsunami: 6 months after

Special Report: Tsunami - 6 Months After (2.7Mb)

Download this comprehensive report which provides a picture of the struggles of individuals and communities in Indonesia, Sri Lanka and India to rebuild their lives in the first six months after the tsunami, and a record of Plan’s work with them.

Plan is responding to the tsunami disaster in Sri Lanka, Indonesia,  India and Thailand. Plan is also working with other international non-government organisations (NGOs) to ensure activities are coordinated and to minimise duplication. Plan will follow a .child centered community development. (CCCD) approach in its response. This means consultation with children and families in planning and program work.
