Whether you are already a valued Plan supporter or you are new to Plan, you can make a lasting gift to improve the lives of children in some of the world's poorest communities.
Every child has a right to be heard and participate, to adequate food and water, safe housing, health care, accessible schooling and a reliable family income. You can leave a lasting gift that will help generations of children to come, by including a bequest to Plan in your Will today.

As well as having an impact on children and their families, your gift will also have a lasting effect because valuable skills and knowledge will be passed on to help generations of children and their communities in the future.

Before Plan began its water and sanitation project in Tanzania, getting water was the job of women and children - especially girls. And it usually took several hours a day as a long walk was required. During the dry season the water could also be dirty and contaminated with water-borne diseases. Plan provided boreholes fitted with hand pumps and provided training in maintenance, health and hygiene; ensuring communities in the Kisarawe district, including schools, now have access to clean water.

Plan set up Vietnam's first Youth Media Club in 1998. Children and young people now have an opportunity to participate in the media and publicly express themselves and their needs through producing television programs, newspaper articles and broadcasting their own radio shows. Having a voice allows young people to take concrete actions to improve their lives.

You can help to support children and communities affected by HIV/AIDS by providing healthcare, education and prevention programs to those affected by the pandemic. "After my parents died, I couldn't continue with my education. For me, going to school was like going to the moon on a bus - absolutely impossible. With Plan's help, I now have an education and a future," Ruth says.
There are three ways you can leave a bequest to Plan:
After meeting all your personal commitments you can choose to leave Plan the balance or residue of your estate.
You can leave a percentage of your estate.
