On signing up to Plan workplace giving, you and/or your organisation will elect to either sponsor a child/children or donate to a Children First! Priority Project. This toolkit contains information that outlines these options in more detail.  Whichever option you choose, you’ll find workplace giving an easy way to make your contribution. 

With your employer's agreement, donations can be made direct from your pre-tax pay so you receive an immediate tax benefit each time you donate. You can also encourage your employer to participate, by matching every dollar donated by staff, increasing the effectiveness of your personal contribution!

Here is all you need to get started.  Just follow these steps:

1. Decide whether you wish to Sponsor a Child or donate to a Children First! Priority Project
   
   
2. Fill out the Workplace Giving Information Form in order to confirm your registration with Plan
   
   
3. All staff who wish to participate fill in an Employee Agreement Form (if your company does not have their own form) – give the top part to your WPG Company Coordinator and send the bottom half to Plan
   
   
4. Send all completed forms to Plan at GPO Box 2818, Melbourne VIC 3000
   
   
5. Ask the staff in your Payroll Office to send a completed Deposit Notification Form to Plan with each deposit so that we can track your donations.
